Once again my need to express myself with a local JBL Authorized repair shop. I was told the simple replacement of the surround to the rear of the cone (as original): is impossible. "This is how we do it, if you don't like it, go elsewhere"...............

Need you another reason to go elsewhere? Might also be helpful if you identify the shop so others can be forewarned.
