Is there anyone that can refoam a pair of LE8Ts for me? I see that Simply Speakers does this, do you recommend them?

Where do you live - can you be more specific than "Wine Country" (That's Napa to me, but may be elsewhere to you) - we may be able to recommend someone within driving distance...

If you're lazy and want them to be done quick, you can take them to A Brown Soun in San Rafael - they'll do an OK job, and you should have them back in a week or two. I used to use them, but the quality of the work is variable and the drive is a real bear for me (I'm in San Jose).

Currently, I go to Berkeley and use Daniel at Audiovex - his work is amazing. It's so much better than mine, I don't bother trying to do it myself anymore. He can also turn around a refoam in a few days. However, he's pretty flexible about the hours he works -not in a good way- just because the phone recording says he's open 12-6 doesn't mean he's there promptly at 12. Call first and make sure he's there before you make the trek.

Lastly, if you don't mind shipping, PM member Edgewound here and he can take care of you - he's in SoCal, though, so you have packaging and shipping both ways.

Hope this helps!

You should consider doing the refoam yourself, not that difficult and very satisfying! I recommend this kit:
