-PHASE LINEAR 400
-AMCRON DC 300
-YAMAHA 2200, pc2002 u otros de la misma marca.

Otras opciones actuales:http://www.thomann.de/es/yamaha_p2500s_endstufe.htm

saludos

BGW 750...just supplied one for a customers 4435's

the 750A, 750B, 750C all had the same power output ...225wpc ..as I recall.
the D,E,F had 375wpc - sure on this one - 450wpc to 4 ohm
G,H are higher still.

My 750D has a "pass through" ability ...its signal out (unamped ) lines go to the 250D ...and either amp can be run independent of each other...don't think the A,B,C can do that.

the 750D is perfect for 250Ti's

BGW 750 or Bryston 4B have a great bottom end. But let's be carefull, not all BGW 750 are the same.

I run several P2200 and PC2002 and while not having the same bottom strength as a Bryston, they are very good overall.

agreed ...tho from research, not actual experience

I was doing a little homework and found these 3 web snippets:

i like the BGW 750 G in a fullrange configuration but they work best for mid bass or subbass. If you get the D/E or G they work amazing.

The most common parts to die in the 750A – G are the output transistors. They use either MJ 15022 or MJ 15024/25 pending on the series. Electrolytic Capacitors would be next due to drying out after 20 – 30 years of use and of course, the fan. Those are the only parts that are common to die in those amplifiers. They do not offer any proprietary designed protection like what is found in these modern-day amplifiers. Not to mention, they are class AB, and use the Darlington topology.

The version you own may be all proprietary parts however, from a popularity standpoint it is the 750A – G that is found the most on ebay, criagslist in addition to pawnshops. They fall within the same class as the Peavey CS 800 for they are essentially fraternal twins. This is why they look so much alike once you examine the guts of both amplifiers and read the schematics. If the BGW 750A - G were a problem to fix (loaded with proprietary parts) they would not be found 30 years later up for sale in working order.

In the realm of professional amplification, however, one thing has been a constant for over two decades - the BGW 750 embodies the working definition of perfect power. It was true when the original 750 shook up the film industry with the revolutionary Sensurround systems used for the motion picture Earthquake . It was true many years ago, when 750Bs and 750Cs were putting a million watts of non-stop power behind the disco boom. It was true in 1985, when the 750D and 750E combined "audiophile" design concepts like low feedback, high damping factor and slew rate with professional ruggedness, safety and reliability.

All BGW 750's had the same power structure...2v in for 40v out...the original 750's with silver handles had the slowest devices...best for subs. All the rest were good for full range.
The last series used a strange output device no longer available...tho i may still have some modules left

Brian Wachner was a power supply engineer...when he first applied his skills to amplifier design it was no wonder the power supply was great. To me...his amplifiers confirmed proper supply design by doubling power as you decreased load...225 into 8 meant 450 into 4. If you see a power amp that doesnt double its output...you can be suspect of design.

the factory seems to disagree on that. here's the 750D owners manual ....and the 250D is rated 100wpc in 8 ohms and 125 to 4 ohms.

all BGW's came with individual checkout sheets ...often showing greater power than specified.
The G had the new...now unavailable output devices.

For some real grunt...the GTA was their best...would go into bridgemono into 4 @2500 watts

Still have my dealer of the year 2000 plaque on the wall...i miss Brian and the products & priorities of his amplifiers

Gracias.
