That looks weird. The upper connector of the left capacitor seems to be not connected.

Take the time and make a schematic, or make much better pics of the crossover.

The danger is that You can easily ruin the midrange driver by connecting it the wrong way.

I am not an Altec expert, but that does not seem to be an Altec crossover.

It does not seem to be a working crossover at all. For example: I do not see that the L-pad is connected to the crossover at all. The capacitor at the left side seems to be disconnected.

One could build something crossover-like from the components You have, but I doubt it's worth the effort.
