Problem with 035TIA

I'm located in France,I received from Ebay.com a pair of 035TIA, the seller say that the diaprams are new, the sound isn't good: no extreme high frequency, pain for the ears they sound like motorola piezo tweeter. i check the sound with a good 35Ti that i have here and there is no doubts that the 035TIA tweeter had a problem... If someone had an idea ?
