L300 wiring question - Maybe Giskard

I have a pair of L300A's. I am the second owner. The previous owner apparently messed with the wiring. One tweeter had the black stripe going to the positive and one black stripe going to the negative. I know from the schematic, the woofer and midrange are in phase and the tweeters are out of phase. My question: does the network take care of the phase issue or not. In other words, do all of the colored wires with the black stripe go to the negatives to all of the drivers, or do the black strips on the woofer and midrange go to the negative and the black stripe go to the tweeter go to the positive. The crossover wires are color coded from the factory. Black stripe goes to black post. Solid color goes to red post.
