Folks,

This is installed in an L96....whats the scoop, they don't look right? Are they some second issue woofers they used in later models? Thanks, Shaan

A bad re-surround compounded by using an inverted dust-dome from an L19? :dont-know:

guessing a too-wide-roll surround glued in front (making it look even less stock),
but then I'd also guess old LE10As as being the motor/cone. doh.

Aha...I get it... FOTF plus the wrong foam..... makes sense now!

I have been watching for a nice pair of L96's, but haven't scored them yet...if I am gonna spend over $400 for a set, I'll wait for pristine pair... cause they are gonna be keepers...
