Help on Stud Replacement

Hi,

May I know where I can purchase replacement studs that holds the speakers grille. One of the studs that holds my 4350 grilles has sheared into two.

Also does anybody know a good way of removing the damaged stud from the baffle?

Hi,

I found some websites that sells the studs/pegs. May I know if the pegs for L100 are the same as that of the 4350? Are the pegs size universal ? Can't really tell from the picture.
