Mating speakers to MRX512's

I use three MRX512's for LCR speakers in a 3000 cu.ft. theater. I absolutely love the clean, dynamic sound. I want to use horn based surrounds. Would the Control 28's work well? How about SR8's. Not sure what the difference is. I have a max widthe of 12" (columns).

Is it OK if the speaker is wider than the column? The Control 28s will work very well but they are a little bigger than the column.

Thanks for responding. The specs show that it is 11" wide. Is that not accurate? I would prefer the AV29's, but they are too wide.
