I’ve just taken out the rubbish and brought back yet another “Stray Speaker!”
I must have collected a small set of stray speakers, over the years often dumped in fair good working order, some slightly damaged, yet repairable.
Sooty has shown a new curiosity to the JVC SP-E45TN 8ohm 50watts.
Oddly so, this was the only one outside? I went outside to have another look in case I missed it. I saw small 14” colour TV portable outside but had condensation dripping all over it, yeah BANG!
Yes, I have brought in a few Strays from (two sets) of Aiwa to Panasonic now a JVC.
Sorry no Bose speakers as of yet.:D
This is better than bidding on eBay.:p
Sooty was giving it the sniff four-paw approval.;)
I’ll test it out later in the day. The bass mid is 5” mid range 2” high range 1” I can almost bet, it has a few capacitors inside rather than a half decent passive-crossover.
The bass mid feels firm no rubbing so it might be in good working order. No grill was found on it.
