Primer Sites

I posted this in the DIY forum but realized that maybe this is a better place for it. Sorry for the cross-post!

I have a growing obsession with Altec. Am also interested in Lansing. When I look at Lansing sites they are very often a list of speakers and drivers a mile long with little to no context. Are there good sites that go through the companies and their speakers that I can get a handle on the vintage products. My Klipsch obsession was easy, Heritage line and don't worry about much else. Altec and Lansing are proving a little tougher to get to know, at least for me.

If you are looking for guidance in sorting out the best from the rest, in regards to the huge catalog of products manufactured by these companies, you won't find a concensus. On this forum, there are champions of even the most obscure products.
