Hi folks,

Erling Neby has been in the hifi business for ages, but not only do he sell equipment, he also has a very large collection of audio gear too.

Take a look at this video from youtube. I belive most of you dont understand the words that is said, but use your eyes. Take a look around, and dont forget to look in the background. Lots of good stuff all over!

Enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcQ2yC-8RpU

OH NO, I see I missed out something important!

Rolf, next time you fix something like this, you must let me know. OK?

Excellent, so much Marantz and McIntosh! Then the Paragon, and the listening session of the Everests, and they looked very into the sound they were hearing! The Everests do look stunning.

AND at the VERY end of the video, A CONEY ISLAND T shirt with a picture of The Cyclone Roller Coaster! Did they put that in there for ME? :applaud:

Leif, thank you very much for posting this, it made my morning, and I'm off to work, with a big smile!

Very interesting...not often you see a European wearing a button-down oxford-cloth shirt. ;)

I have to also admit I am a bit jealous that it feels as if EVERYWHERE outside the U.S. true American Audio is so readily available.

At least the expressions on the two guys faces tell me the Everests were great sounding.

I listened to the clip through some Grado phones, and I actually could tell there is a big difference in the sound of the 476Be drivers and horn. Of course, nothing like actually hearing them in person, but I could hear they are TRULY transparent sounding. It makes me wish.......

Hi friends.

When I make contact with "The Man", it would be nice to know approx how many who want to join the group. I am sure that if some of you from other parts of the world could come, this will be a "Session".

Those who want to come: please send me a pm. It is not room for 100, but maybe about 20.

My reason to go there again is to take pictures of every product in the museum. I will also try to get all serialnumbers from the JBL speakers for the database. (I need help with that part)

Of course, that is if he will grant me (us) a visit again.

Just found a new video with some glimts of the same collection, here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4a2_N7aQuU) it is!The videoclip is in fact a parody of Marit Larsen - Under THe Surface (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw7colNKlq8), so don't mind the music/story in the clip shot in the museum :)
