JBL On Time(No Audio)

Hello,
I have a JBL on Time(first one) and recently when I have tried to play music on my iTouch and iPod Nano it would not play unless I moved the iPod dock Port forward and held it there. Now my iTouch says charging not supported even after I plugged in another iTouch charger and I tested them both work! My iPods usually are in dock adapters.
What do I need to do?

We are not the factory support site -
but I have to ask - when did you buy it?
Do you know if it's under warranty?

A.I don't think it was under waranty and it did NOT have any serial number.
B. I bought it used at a garadge sell because there iPod didn't work with it (they jsut need to plug a charger into the back like I do with my iTouch) and it has worked fine since October!
