Jbl L65 ???

Just picked up two pairs of L65's on the Atl's craigs list. Not a bad sounding speaker, are they the same tweeter as my 4340's??? The center of the tweeter is clear...

Right - sounds like the consumer version (077) of the Pro 2405 slot tweeter your 4340s have ...
supposed to be sonically equivalent ...
but the lucite wedges can be a bit fragile if you overtighten them.

Yes the 2405 and 077 are the same except for the acrylic phasing plug.

Different diaphram listed for the 077. Slightly different response on my Behringer too. Deeper dip (below the typical crossover range) on the 077.
