Looked but can't find the specs??, I would like to know if a 4401 xover is equivalent to a 4301 xover. Looking for a 2way xover (for diy) that can handle 125 watts and resembles the sound characteristics of a L19a or 4301 xover. What cha think ?

Looks like the 44 is a bit more sophisticated than the 43. L19 (N19) seems to have one change from the 4301 (3103).
