Hi everyone, I am collecting JBL equipment with some fellow Vintage JBL enthusiasts, and I have been looking for the FM tuner ST860 (from the JBL Catalogue from 1970) but it was never released...
It is (propably) a mockup/dummy cabinet, to show how the final thing would look, which is featured in the catalogue, on the other hand JBL list some of the performance of the ST860, so some of the schematics has have been designed.
Do any of you have any information or thoughts, regarding this machine.
who designed and produced it - names, and are these people alive today?
Anything regarding this product, including theories to how i could optain pictures and datasheets would be greatly appreciated.
My and some fellow enthusiast intend to produce this machine, as the one in the catalogue - is it a hollow case with no electronics, it will be a hollow case with no electronics, but nonetheless it will be produced by us, since JBL didn't...
It will look magnificent along the SA660 and SG520...
I hope some are able to point in better directions
