Is there a lens insert or 1" deep lens about 6" wide that I can fit into/on a 2312 horn. I am trying to fit a 2410/2312 combo into an existing box with a flat grill. I wonder if I can buy a 2301/5 and use the insides ? Regards and Thanks

custom fold a metal version of the 2308? (micro-hartsfield lens) ;)
custom sink a 2308 partially into the baffle.
use a different horn.
don't use a lens (or move your head when listening).
I've never seen a potato masher fixed onto a 2312, but seems
like if there's a will...

I've seen several 70's or 80's Japanese speakers that had small versions of acoustic lenses over cone midrange drivers, that might work a little. Little as in, the depth of the lens determines how much dispersion is affected by the lens. A short lens will only slow the sides of the wavefront a little, so only bending it a little...

When I was faced with this, I simply made "stand offs" for the existing grills that would allow room for the real lenses.
