L166A Woofer Re-Edge (Who Is Good)

My L166A's need new woofer surrounds and I need to send them off to someone to get done. Anyone here point me in the direction of someone who does good work on JBL drivers. I think I heard Orange County Speaker is supposed to be good. Anyone have experience with them or anyone else who does good work, please post. Thanks in advance.

OCS is good, but make sure you specify that you want the surround on the UNDERneath side of the cone, as in times past, they have done it the other way around. I've heard that this is not a problem these days, and when they did my 2235H's, a while back, they did a perfect job on them. But, just to be sure, you might want to tell them exactly what you want.

The other option, and one I heartily recommend is our own LH member, Edgewound. Ken does a fantastic job, and I am most certain that you will be very happy with the results. Do a search here, and you can find him. He's a JBL certified Tech, and it shows in his work!! Take care, and God Bless!
