Sorry, just can't find the info. What is the difference in the 4344 and 4344 MK II?

4344 = 2235H, 2122H, 2307/2308/2425J, 2405 and 3144/3145 network
4344 Mk II = ME150H, 2123H, 2307/2308/275Nd, 2405H and charge-coupled 4344 Mk II network
