Altec 414z speakers blown- garbage?

Aloha,

We recently trashed two Altec mid-woof 16 ohm 414z speakers
The cone still looks perfect, I presume the coil is shot.
Are these still useful to anyone, or should I just trash them?

P.S. We already bought more modern (lower quality) replacements.

Call Great Plains Audio in OK if you want to get them reconed, or sell them on Ebay as they are...... making note that the coils are blown.
