"Exclusive" was the original high-end Pioneer brand using drivers designed by Bart Locanthi. It would later be renamed TAD. Hence, the JBL similarity is understandable. The following is even more derivative, being a pretty blatent copy of the JBL L300 using the same proportions and slanted front baffle for a three-way 15" bass reflex system.
