B460 replacement grill drawings?

Does anyone have a drawing or some good photos of how the B460 grill is built? I can sort of figure it out by looking at the beast. Yeah, I've got one with no grill to repair or copy.

Any construction tips? The rounded top edge has to have a trick to it...like 2" PVC pipe?

I've searched for B460 threads but can't find any useful close-ups of the grill frame assembly.

Adding this to the B460 construction plans thread would probably be a good idea. What a project...
