While retrieving my amp from the shop, my friend just had to show me a pair of Le 14's that he had snagged from a garage sale. They were made for Heathkit way back when and are colored green. They have a military look to them. My addiction got the best of me and they are now receiving new surrounds.
I will be doing a two-way with these babies and will use either a pair of 2420's or a pair of Aurum Cantus G3i ribbon tweeters.

Grumpy and I happened upon a seller who had a few of these around. They were for sale, but its been quite some time now. They were pretty cool!

I think it was this guy. If you want more of these, you may try to contact him. (No affiliation.)

Camo speakers?

How do they test out with new surrounds? Do the TS parameters change much?

Woody, I'd be interested in your listening experience in integrating/using the
Aurum Cantus G3i ribbon tweeters with the JBL drivers, once you get there. :)

As it turns out, I only had one surround left over from a previous project. I will order a pair from PE when I return from a business trip. It will be a couple of weeks before I can finish up and test them. The old surrounds were stiffer than a preacher's ---- on Sunday. :D
