so..this cab is for sale around here but i need some info about it
things that i know : 8ohm, 2 speakers, wierd design (only one of the speakers is connected.. the other picking up the vibrations and thus producing more low end..so i've been told)

things i dont know : power handling, speaker sizes

the back plate reads : PA 13075 pr

i am looking at this for my current bass rig.. i would like more low end

here are the pics

In the second pic with the arrow you can just see the front of an 075 tweeter
In the first pic you can see the aluminium dome of the 15" driver which I would take to be a D130 hence you get the product code PA 13075 .
From your description there is also a passive radiator in this box.

Third pic is a speaker that seems to have the same designation as the one you are looking at.

Sadly not really suitable for bass although killer guitar cab.

Missed it..... the tag says PA 13075 PR ( PR is short for Passive Radiator ).
This is an undriven cone that resonates at low frequencies and acts as a reinforcement to the D130.
How much money is involved as a matter of interest ?

Mac is correct at all points, upper 15" should be a K130 though. This is a box from the Sound Power line made by InterHiFi using K-Series Musical Instrument speakers and distributed by Harman Germany back then. The application for this model is described in their catalog as fullrange and "universal".

- sinus power 125W
- music power 200W
- 30-18.000 Hz
- 94 x 63 x 35cm w/o casters
- 57kg

57kg..that's one heavy beast

so considering i get an additional speaker..is it worth it ?..i mean..is this superior to other 15inch cabinets in that price range ? (think peavey tvx 115)

Assuming the D/K130 is in good condition the price is fair. The cabinet would provide a good basis , you could trade the driver for a K140 , this being a dedicated bass driver.
