HELP to change JBL4344 binding posts

Someone could help to change the binding posts of JBL4344 please ?

I've checked WBT models but they seem to be too big. Is it necessary to make bigger holes in the cabinets to add new binding posts ?

Yes, find your drill and replace them. Remember to isolate the new binding posts properly.

Is it the insulated plate to add between the binding post and the cabinet ?

It means when you put in the new plugs, be sure that it is not connected (by accident) to other metal
