The PB-12 is a down-firing, 250watt sub, while the S120P II is a 400 watt, front- firing design. I belive the crossover and power amp connections are the same for both units. I'm interested in opinions about the merits (or weaknesses) of these two JBL subwoofers.

Thanks,

Tom

You should definitely read some online reviews, especially about the PB-12. The PSW-D112 reviews are interesting too. Don't stop after reading the first page of reviews, keep going.

Tom:

I would forget about the PB, it is not in the league of the SP, I have 3 of the latter, and IMHO they work well for what they are.
