I'm not familiar with that particular model, but the round tweeter horn and the general appearance of the driver suggests that it was designed for distributed sounds systems (ceiling speakers in airports and hotel lobbies and such).

For hi fi use (I doubt you will find Thiele and Small specifications for it) I would put this in a <2.5 cubic foot sealed cabinet and set it in the corner of the room. If you do not expect concert level performance or exceptional accuracy this speaker might do for general background listening and movie sound tracks at moderate volume levels.
