Folks,

has anyone ever successfully reproduced these? I have to replace a few of these that are really beat....

Any ideas?

It looks like you were able to remove the label from the enclosure, correct? I'm thinking the easiest is to scan a good one and print that onto either an adhesive backed sheet or thicker copypaper and apply a covering film. I don't kmow of anyone that is fabricating the exact OEM replacement. You could check with JBL Pro Parts and someone might have one kicking around. Good luck.

If you can get an inside lettered part done, I know I've got one of those bases kicking around you can just have, but it's labeled for the S99 speaker...

Of course replace the "at" with @ if you do.

I bought some stuff from him recently, direct, and he was good at emailing me with updates and very fair on his shipping. He mentioned he had repros of the "Foilcals" on the fronts of the L-series for the crossover pots but no mention of the older-style box labels. Doesn't hurt to ask, though.

I just grabbed some of the grill posts from him, he's very easy to deal with.
