'Looks like the web guys are having a little fun updating www.jblpro.com (http://www.jblpro.com) - and even I have to admit the new Eon series certainly looks better than the originals! Unfortunately, the E-Tent sale site still appears to be down for now...

I wouldn't mind hearing the new Eon 500 series. They have their place.

Yes, I saw it the other day when looking at the new EONs. Let's hope the consumer site gets a face lift sometime, too.

Hi Zilch
The components are still there.
They can be found under the "SUPPORT" menu heading.

http://www.jblpro.com/components/index.html

Unfortunately, it does not look like the components page has been updated.

Could you get any links to actually work? I couldn't:Yeah - that happened to me a couple times, but only when using a Search function. And some of the Searches left out tons of info the old search easily found. I CC'd the webmaster/support - hopefully they'll get the bugs worked out soon...

You can look here at this link which is found by hovering over the "support" tab and clicking on it only, not the drop down menu. That will get you to www.jblproservice.com (http://www.jblproservice.com)

http://www.jblproservice.com/

Here is the familar left side menu where you can look at the exploded view/technical sheets for items like the Discrete Sales models (components and drivers) as well as the Studio Series (43xx and 44xx and others), as well as the rest of the pro lines.

Also, if you click under the "support info" or Parts Purchase links, you will find the other technical docs like parts lists pdf's, system reference charts (parts in speakers), and other docs like usual.

I went through all of the pdf files last summer and saved them on my computer.

Sure am glad I did, even though they are apparently working now.

Scotty.

JohnNo doubt! And I like the DON'T LET 'EM GET COMPLACENT THINKING, too!

I'm just saying, fresh pot of freshly brewed coffee may take em a "lil longer then they said, or we want. Especially with a NEW machine, they don't know all the in's and out's too yet.

I checked my account with JBLPRO and found this message

Quote--
Dear JBL Professional Customers.

Some of you already know, we are moving warehouses and re-configuring our inventory and
shipping systems.

These changes are causing some serious delays in order processing and delivery times.

In order to keep the peace we are removing all products from the E-Tent site until
further notice. We anticipate having the systems flowing smoothly in 30 to 60 days.

We will send another notice to all when E-Tent is back business.

If anyone has open orders at this time, please be patient while we get this system
working. Call or email with any concerns, and please be polite as our staff is doing all
they can to get through this.

Thank you for your patronage,
JBL Professional
