It's fairly common for companies to buy up domains like that. Less common to actually use them.

They appear to be using relative addressing.

So even if the pages come from http://www.jbl.com/car/products/default.aspx?Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA

they appear to be coming from
http://www.jblsucks.com/car/products/default.aspx?Language=ENG&Country=US&Region=USA

I would agree they should do something. A hard redirect to the correct home page. That would tick off the naysayers.:)
