Yes, and the discoloration can be "fixed," as well....

How do I "fix" the discoloration/stains on the cones? I think I read something at one time about using some type of oil on the surrounds to loosen them up, I don't recall what type of oil it was.
If I were to re-edge them are the "Lansolite" surrounds still available? If not and standard foam edges are used does this affect the performance and the Value of the Speaker?

The "oil" is DOT-3 brake fluid. Do some searches to find out about proper application and the risks. New surrounds will be gray foam. To refresh your cones, you will need to paint them... again do some searches, it has been well covered.
