I dont think its an active member here but someone in Asia judging from the video. Lots of drivers and small rooms typifies people in this region.

We have very few members based in Asia or Japan as such on the boards.

As I have said elsewhere I have similar problem in the Tardis and I end up dragging gear out on the Skywalker and giving it a blast!:bouncy:

That's a pity, as that is where most of the lansing heritage now lives, as well as its futur. How could we improve on it?

The JBL/Altec/Onken scene with big systems in small rooms has been happening over there for decades.

On the other hand forums like this one has only served to publicly popularise the history and legacy of JBL / Altec in the past 8 years.

I am not sure why more do not actively post here.

Ther Library is by far the most useful facet of this site but it really needs updating.

As to posts my guess is partly they dont need to as in its and its full on over there and had been for a long time and there is the culture and language.

Japan have and will always have their own ranges most likely.

Most of the 4343's went to Japan which is a little know fact here.

The historical significance of the JBL is a rich legacy as a brand.

Lets hope more of those guys pop in more often.

Don't understimate the language barrier, many folks over there are not confident about their English skills.

They have bundles of highly active blogs in the Japanese language anyway, it's not like they're lacking anything.
