I just wonder, the transdusers are vere simular, so how big differece is there.?

Of course there must be a difference in the bass impact, as there is two wooffers in the Everest..:)

The compression drivers (and horns) are also different.
The 476Be in the everest II is described in the transducer information forum. It looks like a really nice driver, much superior to the 435Be of the S9800 (you will find many graph in the mentioned thread).

For the woofers, the DD66000 is to the S9800 what the 4435 was to the 4430: the second woofer is an helper woofer for the VLF.

For the woofers, the DD66000 is to the S9800 what the 4435 was to the 4430: the second woofer is an helper woofer for the VLF.The DD66000 uses the 1501AL woofers which are an evolution of the 1500AL woofers and are specifically designed for the Everest.

As mentioned, the 476Be is a substantially better compression driver and the networks and cabinets are also superior.

These are not simply theoretical improvements, you can easily hear the difference.
