I seek information on HTICSPROAUDIO which is in Pennsylvania. Is this somebody connait? They sell products of occasion. But I sent malls and faxes remained without answer. Being French, I do not feel able to hold a telephone conversation to inform me, my spoken English is incomprehensible.

Thank you, Hervé

They are easily, by far and away, the flakiest place I've ever dealt with.

You want to thus say that they are not serious and that I take a risk to buy on their premises? They are not serious?

I've never been able to get anything out of them.
Maybe other forum members here have.

They are brokers on much of their stuff. I got a pair of 2404's through them. One had a blown diaphram. They would not pay the owner until he provided a new diaphram and I was happy. It was a little rocky but they did the right thing and stood buy there customer.

I have purchased from them and they are pretty reliable, but sometimes hard to get hold of. I have found the phone works best with them, I always call around 10-11AM eastern standard time!

There merchandise is usually as they say, if it says beat up, or it says really good, it,s pretty much what you get!

Take heed to Scott. You will have to call them.

I have emailed them and didn't receive a response for almost a month. It's a family business run by a husband and wife who do their best to be thurough. My friend is closing a deal with them now for some 4312 speakers and has been able to do so in short time from making calls.

They are old school - you have to call REPEATEDLY. New kids take up all lynn's time.

Of course, they "will" send you unsolicited offers to buy ( recieved one yesterday ) via email but they take months to reply with a "no longer available" response.

90% of the stuff they "have" is sold before they even print it in their catalog or when they revise their weblistings twice a YEAR.

And they then have to contact the always"reliable" prosound companys who also aren't that savvy to return communications at normal hours either to see if in fact the items listed a year ago are even around anymore...
:)

I have purchased from them but it's a constant follow thru.

But they are nice people and the deals that have gone thru were great.
