Greetings, Friends,

I'm thinking about my soon to be started JBL project, and wondered about getting JBL labels for the high and mid-frequency adjustment knobs. Are such things available? How about cabinet labels, like "JBL Model 4333 Studio Monitors"? If original labels are no longer available, is anyone making a really good reproduction of such things? Thanks, very much, and God Bless!

Every Good Wish,
Doc

JBL called the label a foilcal. A search for this term may turn up some information.

Guido in Germany has made some good ones. At least for my 4343's.

Practically when using the term as you described I used Google image and this is what came up.
http://images.google.co.uk/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=JBL+foilcal (http://images.google.co.uk/images?gbv=2&hl=en&q=JBL+foilcal)

If you use the term JBL logos then you’ll get results like this.

Its a lot easier to find a pair of repro (or maybe original) foilcal for a JBL model that was actually in production than it is to make such a thing for a custom jobbie ... best wishes.

There is a guy on ebay goes by the name of Sign_shop (not sure about the punctuation) who has sold repro foilcals for various models. I think they are a bit thinner material than the originals, but the look is good.
