LE25-2 orange and black surrounds

I'm looking at picking up a set of L26 and one has the orange LE25-2 while the other has a black LE25-2. Is the black a newer version that someone has swapped? Is there any advantage to the orange or the black, if I want to get a matching tweeter?

Btw you can still buy the foam rings from JBL for the -2 and the -4. They are on page 7 of the misc parts list.
