So what's the deal, the consumer/DIY 'er can't order parts from the JBL site anymore? :( I have checked many different models, and the section for ordering parts has been removed??????

Is this portion under repair, or gone for good?

The US site still has the parts section... Maybe you can't use the Japan site for ordering from the US?

Very odd. I did see that it was coming up Japan in the url, but I do not remember book marking the Japan site. Feeling like a goofballllll now. :p

Be aware, that JBL is apparently moving their parts warehouse, from California to here in Atlanta GA. There have been some lengthy delays in getting parts, during this transition. If I understand correctly from what my local JBL rep told me, this situation should be getting better soon. I certainly hope so, as I do desperately need to get the 035Ti and Pro III tweeters that I have on order!!
