2231 vs 2215

Gee....these speakers don't sound matched. could you take a look at the woofers???

Seems that a "JBL" service center sold the former owner on a recone. He claimed the original wasn't available anymore ( true for the 2231 ) and they installed the LE15H...oops...shoulda been the 2235H.

Note the vice coil difference AND the position. Less than 10% of the LE's coil would of been in the gap.

So if you're in the CT area be sure to have them do the correct recone.
