2235 with a loose Mass Ring

I have a 2235 that was buzzing and finally the mass ring has gone completely loose. I can hear it clanking around when I turn the driver over. I assume I can cut open and remove the old dust cap, reglue the mass ring and drop on a new cap.

Am I missing something?? Is there a spacer that I need or does it just go all the way up the coil?? Where can I get a new dust cap?? Order from JBL Pro??

The removal and replacement isn't that difficult.
The glue line around the dustcap is art though ;)
