LHS registry

We have now completely reworked the LHS registry. The new LHS registry is available for forum members via WEB-interface.

The develpment goals for the new version of the registry was:

web-based
member selfservice functions
several ways of breaking down the data
searchable
easy to maintain
pictures
different access levelsMost of the features are implemented.
