Altec Valencia 846A Build Date codes

I had this down at one time but I'm having a brain fart. The numbers on mine are:

391735

391751

I think I pull out 1967 from the 7 but thats all I remember.

If I recall,

391 is a manufacturing code,

and

7 is the year

and the 35th week

I may be way off, but that is what I recall.

Its coming back to me now, because I remember one has a 51 th week code, a post Christmas special!

Maybe this what explains the gold painted horn! Just a crazy thought I'm having fun with, as no one here has been able to explain the gold painted horns, which I have seen on others for sale.
