The project is a 150hz Edgarhorn (tractix) that has a throat of 6.5" x 6.5" and what I'm looking for is a pair of 12" drivers that are similiar to the 2227 or 2220 (15" type) as far as parameters are concerned.
Also, they must be "obtainable" to me!
I can't remember if there was a 12" version of the 2227 as that would be my best prospect. Low Qts, high effeciency, a light cone and large magnet would be the essential parameters.
Any and all comments welcome!

Ron,
- The 2020H 12" has the modern 1/2" top-plate like the 2227H .
- Hugely powerful magnetic system . Specs are online at JBL Pro .
- These used to be easily obtained through dealers / though I suspect this speaker is close to retirement ( or has been already ) .
- Like the 2227 it has a rising response which should work well inside a horn .

With Qts of .23 and eff of 103db/watt it sounds like a good deal if I find a pair somewhere!
Any idea of price??? Could not find pricelist on JBLpro.com!
Thanks, Ron

I never can seem to find the prices on anything on the site.
I can find T/S parameters and such, just no pricing.
Someone help out the slow-witted one(ME) on this!
Thanks, Ron

Could not find pricelist on JBLpro.com!Far from complete - mainly seems for drivers used OEM, as compared to discrete components: http://www.jblproservice.com/pdf/Transducer%20List/Transducer%20List.pdf
