Stephane,

you need to find out whether it is a polyester,or epoxy based resin. The two resins dont mix. Widget would be my first PM.

good luck, Rich

you need to find out whether it is a polyester,or epoxy based resin. The two resins dont mix.I really doubt that it is a polyester resin... I haven't actually looked at the material from this standpoint, but I'd go with a thin viscosity epoxy cement for the repair. The actual location of the break is fortunate. There really won't be much of a stress on the glue joint once the driver is mounted and the horn is put into service.

Hi Stephane

After gluing all of the broken pieces back into place.
I would recommend re-enforcing the broken area by wrapping some fiberglass cloth or mat on the outside of the horn using a compatible resin. Otherwise, it will always be a weak spot and your repairs will eventually fail.

Thanks all of you,
Greg T just answered my mail. An bicomposite epoxy glue will do the job.
