altec bolero speakers

Can anyone give me any info on the Altec Bolero 890C speakers....Are they efficient? howl would they sound with 14 watts EL84 tube amp....how much are they worth

any info would be appreciated

They are powerful little bookshelf speakers, I've personally heard them and was rather impressed.. I'd imagine that, that amp could drive them, I'd gues 92-95 dB efficient with 1 watt... There's only one way to know for sure, try them out! :D
