Versions of 104H

The 104H midrange in one of my 250ti's has a black cone and the other has the normal grey cone. Can anyone confirm that JBL changed the apperance of the driver over time?

I can confirm I have seen both in my 250ti and 2 pair of 120 ti and the new ones purchased and ebay purchases. I believe there are both OK but don't as an actual fact or the story behind the difference. Hopefully some more members will speak up if they can add to this.
