Where can I buy these 416 & 414 dust caps?

Where can I buy the dust cap replacements for both of the 416 (Black) & 414 (brown)?
Both has 1" screen at the center. Most of the dust caps on the net are black.

I check GPA website, but didn't see any dust cap on their list of products.

I would call GPA and speak to Bill. In the morning is the best time to get him and he does not usually answer emails.
