Hello,
I am currently running my 2123H in a 0.5 cu ft box, but I would like to integrate them inside a multiway speaker cab.
I was thinking of using a 0.25 cu ft to save some space as well as enhance the response around 300hz. I run simulations with WinISD and found that the 2123H put in such a small box seems to act as a 2122H in a 0.5 cu ft box.
Does anyone knows what is the volume of the sealed box in the 4344mkII ?
As for the sealed box building, I was thinking of using a sonotube (concrete pillar tube), but it is quite expensive in france, and I would have to buy 9ft and only use 2ft ou of it.
What would you think of using a rubber gasket for this purpose?
It looks quite heavy and damped (4lbs for 10L), and would be easy to cut to the desired size and glue on the front baffle.
