First time I heard that album was in 1975 or 1976 floating around on a Flat Bottom LST rigging crypto equipment listening to "The man on the silver mountain"! The 2 just seem to go hand in hand at the time.

Stargazer:
"I see a rainbow rising
Look there on the horizon
And I’m coming home
Coming home, I’m coming home"

What a freaking great album!

One of the best tribute bands:

it states one of his early influences was Chet Atkins. Atkins spent much of his early years in Georgia and went to elementary school at the same school my three children have attended. He actually came back for a fund raiser in the late 90's to help raise money for a restoration. The school has a beautiful auditorium that was built in the 20's. The state named a section of interstate highway for him as well. His influence never ceases to amaze me.
