Hi guys,
I have just pulled the cone from one of my 128's because it was rubbing. I was expecting the worst as you would. In the gap I found some small peices of metal . Luckily they were on the inside of the voice coil so it is ok. Has anyone ever seen this before? The speaker has never been appart and the peices of metal had the same curve on them as the pole peice. I think they are from inside the mag assembly. Thoughts please...
