Other than the mirror imaging can anyone tell me the differences between the L 112's and the earlier L100's?

L112 (http://lansingheritage.org/html/jbl/specs/home-speakers/1980-l112.htm)

Additionally - look for the L112 Engineering Staff Report to be added to the Library in the coming weeks :)

I've already posted the L100 and L112 network schematics elsewhere on the forum.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to open the L 112 link which is the 1980 product brochure. Is there a way to open the zip file that are listed?

Thanks

Well, if I contribute the to further demise of the credibility of the L1:D:D's, "thoots" will surely be after me. :bash: But, besides all the other improvements in the L112 over the other cabinet, that 128H LF in the L112 is a big improvement over the 123A, IMO.

Came across the thread on the L 100's and the great debate that followed. While it looked like lots of fun, it is not my intent to start another debate. I purchased the speakers new after doing much comparison at the local HI FI store and have been quite happy with them. The only other speakers I seriously considered at the time were the Altec Model 14's and they were just to big for the space I had available at the time.

At this point I am looking at refurbishing the L 112's and it seems that I need to switch over to the technical forum to ask a few questions there.

Thanks for the input.
